99xo5 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and 99xo5 with respect to your access to and use of the 99xo5 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services and any associated features or content (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and irrevocably accepted these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2.3 Exclusions

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of 99xo5, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold one account only on the 99xo5 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where 99xo5 identifies or reasonably suspects that a player has created more than one account, 99xo5 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all bonus balances and winnings derived from those accounts without prior notice.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

99xo5 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process to all accounts. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time 99xo5 deems necessary for compliance purposes, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• Proof of your registered address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months);

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction via supported mobile wallet methods. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to players within the cashier section of the Platform. 99xo5 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion, including for compliance or risk management purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 99xo5 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 99xo5 Platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is presented and form part of the overall terms governing that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be converted to real money and withdrawn. Players who have already met the applicable conditions before any amendment will not be disadvantaged by changes made after their completion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99xo5 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Opening more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to process the proceeds of any criminal offence;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraud against 99xo5 or other players;

• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive conduct towards 99xo5 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 99xo5 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software and the compilation thereof, is the property of 99xo5 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 99xo5. Unauthorised use of any Platform content will immediately terminate the licence granted to you and may expose you to legal liability.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

99xo5 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data 99xo5 collects, how it is used, with whom it is shared and how it is protected.

All personal data submitted to 99xo5 is processed over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections. 99xo5 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 10 Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances, 99xo5's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by 99xo5

99xo5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for any prohibited activity;
• Continued operation of the account would expose 99xo5 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity is suspected.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 99xo5 support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the settlement of all pending bets.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, to the extent that such laws cannot be lawfully excluded.
